Teacup Nethies Shipping Policy
Teacup Nethies ship from Eungia Creek in New South Wales. We offer local customers the ability to buy online & pick up from us for free without having to pay for postage. If you can not see the option to pickup from us, please contact us and we can see what we can do.
Where do we ship to?
Shipping is available to Australia only, except the following states & locations:
- Some remote Australian locations
How much does shipping cost ?
Shipping costs vary based on the weight/size of the items in the order, as well as your postcode & state in relation to the distance between you and our dispatch location. To determine your shipping costs, either use the shipping calculator, which can be found on the cart page of our website or enter your billing or shipping address on the checkout page, and it will automatically calculate your shipping costs for you. If you receive an error with the shipping calculator, please check that you have entered the details correctly, otherwise contact us through the live chat below or via the contact page and we will be in contact with you asap!
Shipping Calculator Errors
In the event our shipping calculator is grossly incorrect, due to an error, issue, malfunction, exploitation of the calculator, or any other unknown reason in the calculated costs, we will contact you immediately and do our best within reason to resolve the issue. If a solution can not be agreed upon, we reserve the right to cancel the order and return your payment in full using the payment method that was used to complete the initial purchase.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived after the estimated time given to you while purchasing your item and you have received an email confirming from us that we have processed your order and it has been dispatched with Australia Post, please contact Australia Post. We do not take responsibility for any lost or missing parcels whilst in transit via Australia Post. If you believe your parcel is missing, please call Australia Post’s Customer Service Centre on 13 POST (13 7678).
If your parcel has for any reason been returned to us marked with “return to sender”, either due to the parcel not being collected or the address being incorrect or any other reason, unless deemed by us as our fault. You will be required to pay a new shipping fee based on where you would like your parcel to be shipped too and the size/weight of the parcel. If you would like to cancel your order, your purchase amount will have any shipping costs & fee’s (such as return to sender fee) deducted from the total refundable amount, as well as a $10 AUD Administration Fee.
