Sorry to see that you’re unhappy, however, I have done everything in my power to provide you with what you are after. When your first choice of print became unavailable, you were quickly informed with the option to choose a new one, or to receive a full refund, which I did offer to you multiple times. You proceeded to choose another print that I offered you from prints that are not avaliable on the store or to other customers. You made it clear you wanted everything to match as all the fleece items that were being changed were matching. Your unhappiness and reason for these reviews are due to the only item that is a cotton that could not be matched with the other fleece items. Which has nothing to do with quality or price. This cotton item was refunded while I let you keep the item out of good faith, as I can not provide what your asking. No requests has ever been ignored and every question you messaged my phone was answered.
